I'm an introvert with over 20 years' experience designing and delivering transformational learning experiences - and a qualified coach.
After working on a project for Google where I facilitated training to over 5,000 people across 169 countries, I began noticing a pattern: it was most commonly introverts who were struggling with imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, and feeling 'not enough'.
That had been my story too. I just hadn't realised I wasn't alone. When I discovered why my brain worked the way it did, everything changed. I wasn't incompetent. I wasn't difficult. I wasn't too slow. I was just using the wrong operating system.
